Mr. Manmadhan Nair started his career as an attorney with the Bar Council of Kerala, India. He later completed his higher education in Management Information Systems from University of North Texas in Dallas and joined the US retail giant J C Penny as a Project Manager. A leading community activist, Mr. Nair has served as the President of Federation of Kerala Associations of North America and the General Secretary of National Federation of Indian Associations and currently serves as the General Secretary of Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. A highly successful entrepreneur, Mr. Nair is the Founder President & CEO of International American University College of Medicine, St Lucia, and has established a network of Health Care companies in the State of Texas, USA. He also has investment interestes in other International Medical Schools.

Dr. Nair is a medical graduate of IAU College of Medicine. He completed his post graduate residency in Psychiatry at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY where he currently is an Assistant Professor. He serves as the Medical Director for the Psychiatry Consult service for the University Hospital as well as the Co-Course Director for the Psychiatry third year clerkship at the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine. Dr. Nair supervises many resident physicians and medical students and has a passion for teaching. His areas of interest include Medical Education, Healthcare Administration, and Distance Learning.
